Notification of the Annual General Meetings of Cambridge University Boat Club and The CUBC Foundation


The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Cambridge University Boat Club will be held, physically, at the Goldie Boathouse,  and also by video conference on Sunday 3rd December at 11.00 am. 

The AGM of The CUBC Foundation will also be held at the Goldie Boathouse and by video conference immediately following the conclusion of the AGM of the Cambridge University Boat Club. 

The AGMs will be followed by a Q and A session with the coaches of CUBC, which may be attended in person or through the video conference link.

Supporting Documents will be sent to Members not less than 7 days before the commencement of the Meetings. 

If you are unable to attend the AGMs you can use the links to the Forms of Proxy to nominate someone else to attend the meeting(s), or to attend the meeting(s) by video conference and vote. You can, if you wish, nominate the meeting chair to vote on your behalf in accordance with your instructions. 

To appoint a Proxy you need to complete and send back the relevant Form or Forms of Proxy to Alister Taylor at [email protected], or at Goldie Boathouse, Kimberley Road, Cambridge, CB4 1HJ  as soon as possible and in any event so as to arrive no later than 11.00 am Friday 1st December, being 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the Annual General Meetings.
