Consequent to the transfer of all assets and liabilities of CULRC and to each member of CULRC becoming a member of CUBC from 1 August 2020 as a result of the “OneClub” project and as approved by members’ vote in April 2020, the directors of CULRC on 13 July 2021 applied for the company to be struck off the register of companies and to be dissolved. This is a purely procedural step taken to streamline the administration of OneClub/CUBC and the directors of CULRC are informing you as required by that formal process.
