A weekend packed full of racing!

This coming weekend sees no fewer than four CUWBC crews competing for the first time since the start of the 2015 Boat Race season. Firstly, on Saturday, are the British Championships in Nottingham, where we have crews entered in Under 23 Women’s Doubles and one crew in each of the Under 23 and Open Women’s Coxless Fours. The double is also doubling up into a composite quad on the Sunday.

Full details can be found on here. If you are in Nottingham over the weekend, please do give them a shout of support. If you can’t be there, for the first time the event is also going to be streamed live on the British Championships’ YouTube Channel.

On Sunday, CUWBC will be taking to the water in the other Cambridge, when they compete in Women’s Championship VIIIs at the Head of the Charles Regatta. The full schedule can be found here and there should be live results as the races progress here. Championship Women’s VIIIs start at 14.18pm (19.18pm BST).

A crew of CUWBC alumnae are also competing at the Head of the Charles as The 1927 BC (Cambridge) and will be hoping to beat their Oxford counterparts in the Women’s Alumni VIIIs category on Saturday at 12.59pm (17.59pm BST).You can watch their progress here.
