Earlier this week, CUBC Chief Women’s Coach Paddy Ryan spoke to Mark Taylor at the Cambridge Independent, discussing his path to the Club, and how he works with his athletes to develop the internal strength and resilience that help the Club’s athletes to achieve to their potential athletically and for the rest of their lives. As he notes,
“Those are the skills that, hopefully, are the lasting legacy. The winning is the moment, the journey is the important stuff. What I can do is create an environment where all I want to do is go as fast as possible.”
