After three successful and fulfilling seasons as Women’s Chief Coach, Robert Weber has decided to step down and will return to America to take up a coaching position at Syracuse University.
Cambridge University Boat Club wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution, his part in integration the newly-merged OneClub and his strong record of Boat Race victories over the three years of his tenure.
