We are hosting the Alumni Tea on Sunday 24th February in the OCR in Trinity College.
From 2.30-3.30pm: we are hosting CUWBC’s inaugural AGM, to which both Ordinary and Life Members are invited to attend. [Life members include anyone that has raced for CUWBC]. It’s a great opportunity for you to hear about, and have a say in, plans for the club going forwards, and we’d love to see as many of you there as possible. For relevant papers, and a proxy voting form if you are unable to attend, please contact us.
From 3.30-5.30pm: we will be hosting an informal Afternoon Tea where alumni, current squad, coaches, guests and friends can chat and mingle. This will also be a great opportunity to see some hot-off-the-press plans for the new Ely Boathouse. Hopefully you will have received an email from the alumni list including a press release on the official planning application- the plans are very exciting and well worth a look! If you didn’t receive these, please email the contacts on the page above, and we will add you to our mailing list.
Tickets for the tea are £20pp and we will be serving sandwiches, cakes, tea & coffee. If you’d like to cover the cost of a current trialist, please let us know.
Please RSVP via email to [email protected], by Friday 15th February, and send a cheque to Julie Hogg at The Goldie Boathouse, Kimberley Road, Cambridge CB4 1HG. Alternatively, we can provide online transfer details on an individual bases.
We look forward to seeing you there!
